Step 2 - Pay For Your Session

Once we begin our scheduled session I will ask you to visit this page to make your payment.

I Accept PayPalSquare Cash, Google Wallet and Credit Card Payments.

Google Wallet: I will send you a payment request during our session if you wish to pay by Google Wallet.

Credit Card Payments: I will collect your number during our session to process your payment.

The Timer Starts After We Complete Step 3 Below And The Actual Session Begins.

Step 3 - The Remote Session

Let's begin our remote repair session. If you haven't already installed Google Chrome or Google Remote Desktop then I will help you get it setup while we are on the phone using these Instructions.

Security Note: I only have access to your computer during our session! I am not able to remotely access your computer unless you authorize it directly. This is for your security and mine.

Step 1: Open Google Chrome.

Step 2: Click the Apps icon at the top left of Google Chrome.

Step 3: Click "Chrome Remote Desktop" in the apps menu.
Step 4: Click "Share" to begin our remote session.

Step 5: You will be provided with an Access Code that looks similar to this. The number will be different than the one shown below.

Step 6: Give this code to me during our call and it will allow me to access your desktop screen remotely.

Congratulations! Our Remote Session Will Now Begin.
